      Keep getting this error when I first load PT up:

      Unable to login to database (postgres). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

      I have only just bought the software, and have only ever used to trial for a bit before. Any ideas?

      This is usually caused because the PostgreSQL database server cannot be accessed, sometimes this is because the service is not running, other times it can be caused by an overzealous firewall or antivirus software. If you previously had PostgreSQL installed for PT3, HEM or HM2 this could also be the cause of the problem.
