      Hero (UTG): 769.6 BB
      MP: 169.15 BB
      CO: 69.15 BB
      BTN: 139.15 BB
      SB: 113.95 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K:spade: K:heart:

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, CO calls 3 BB, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, fold

      Flop: (10 BB, 3 players) Q:spade: T:club: 2:club:
SB checks, Hero bets 7 BB, CO calls 7 BB, fold

      Turn: (24 BB, 2 players) 9:club:
Hero checks, CO bets 14 BB, fold

      CO wins 22.8 BB

      CO 3.5k hands, 18/12, 3bet 3, FCB 58, AF 2.3, raise cbet 12%, went to showdown 14%
      BU 57 hands, 16/11

I saw CO several times raising TPGK. I cant say he is fish, but he is so tight preflop and postflop, that he is even better opponent than fish.

Is ch/f turn ok? I dont think he floats 3way, or call with top pair or worse and then bets. Even if he has KJ, I dont think he would bet turn. He is tight, playing honestly so I fold without thinking when he shows aggression.
What about the same line against unknown, oder regg? I think that most people check back turn with most made hands, maybe they thin bet set.

I think your line is fine. If you are confident the bet is not very bluff heavy, folding is good. I would consider sometimes value betting the turn myself but he is too tight with showdowns. There's not a huge difference between betting and checking imo, the EV should be close to neutral.
