I saw him 5 times playing turn draws aggro (pokertracker auto notes).

Is it ok call preflop AQ when he folds so often to 3bet?

Fold turn, or river? I guess he could bet so fd, and river try to scare me with 5x. I am not sure if he is able to 3barrel worse Ax than AQ.

His river stat shows great honesty imo. His sizing doesn't seem bluffy either. I think the river is just a fold. Yes, you have a good hand but not vs him and not vs this sizing. It would be good vs a smaller sizing and a more aggressive player on the river. He bets turns givne your notes so you should definitely call that street but river is different.
