      Is this a normal raise in a spot where you are not having a bluffing range ? He is letting PS behind for me so it looks like this is the case, though at first I thought it was some fishy bet size by him.

      And yeah, on this flop 3 way without super awesome read I don't expect anyone to be bluffing.

      Heya,

      He can actually have a bluff range here. I would turn hands like J9 into bluffs here and his sizing is fine imo. He is specifically looking to shove turns plus the board has many bad cards, it can make sense to use that sizing. I would usually go slightly smaller and overbet turn but this can't be wrong either.
