      Preflop iso is fine.

      I'd value bet flop + turn.

      River is actually a pretty bad card for you. Less likely villain holds worse Jx, and the rest of his range is mainly FD's which got there.

      Assuming this guy is fishy I'd bet for value anyway seeing as perhaps he'd look you up with any pair, but I'd bet smaller. If you are targeting only Jx with your sizing, (when there is only one jack left out there,) that can't be to great in terms of combinations. Depends on villain's exact range of course.

      I think it's a bet/fold, villain usually has a flush.
