Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is CO with T  T :club:
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BTN raises to $0.90, 2 folds, Hero?
Villain looks like a regular or something with these stats. 3betting vs CO from BU looks standard, so I'd rather 4bet and collect dead money here.
AA,KK,AK is 2%, and he 3bets a lot (this will be the 3rd in 15.)

      Hi Imimba,

PReflop: The sample is too small to actually know if he 3-bets a lot or not. 3 in 15 is not that excessive.

If we 4-bet can we really fold to a shove? It really depends how much you make it and what range you give him but its close. I much rather fold here without blockers than 4-bet in a spot where we need a lot of FE for a BE/somewhat profitable play.

But if we do 4-bet I'd make it 2.1-2.3

I'd need to bet bigger to get FE, wouldnt I?
I mean, he'd shove-bluff with Axs, Kxs if I raise that small.

Would he really? Do you shove Ax and Kx if someone 4-bets you smaller?

The bigger you 4-bet the closer you get to a call given the pot odds/equity that we would get.

As a side note, I noticed that your overal 3-bet is only 4%. That's really low for a 6 max game.

Rather hard to play TT OOP without initiative. And it's too weak to fold this, actually. So I'd like a 4-bet here, too. Especially when he SEEMS to be 3b happy.

4bet is probably a much better play, but the thing is that you might not have created the necessary aggro dynamic yet.

      Adjustments
-Tighten up your CO range to 25% or less
-4bet bluff a ton with AJo/KQo and some more AX blockers
-Start 4betting for thinner value, with TT and AQ, maybe even 99 too if things get crazy

Don't like calling OOP, not saying you can't but in general if TT is strong enough to 4bet you should always do so.
