      Stacks:
      UTG ($20) 100bb
      hero (UTG+1) ($20) 100bb
      CO ($26.50) 133bb
      BTN ($29.42) 147bb
      SB ($72.32) 362bb
      BB ($11.87) 59bb

      Pre-Flop: ($0.30, 6 players) hero is UTG+1 J A
1 fold, hero raises to $0.70, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.70, SB calls $0.60, 1 fold

      Flop: A 9 J ($2.30, 3 players)
SB checks, hero bets $2.20, BTN folds, SB calls $2.20

      Turn: 8 ($6.70, 2 players)
SB checks, hero bets $5.60, SB raises to $17.62, hero folds

      Final Pot: $17.90

A c/r from this very passive player shows a lot of strength.
      I folded instantly while playing.
But looking at the turn, the 8 doesn't complete that much draws (QT,T7) and if he would c/r with a weaker two pair with an 8 (98, J8) i could maybe call. Given he c/r his J9 otf.

      Need ~39% equity
      Equity Win Tie

      MP3 54.50% 54.50% 0.00% JdJs, 9d9s, 9d9c, 9s9c, 8d8h, 8d8c, 8h8c, QTs, T7s, Ah8h, Jd8d, 9d8d, 9c8c, QTo, J8o, Ah8d, Ah8c, As8d, As8h, As8c, 9d8h, 9d8c, 9s8d, 9s8h, 9s8c, 9c8d, 9c8h

But i guess if i don't know it for sure just folding is definitly the right play.

      Hi.

Why do you need 39% equity here? How did you come to that number?
If you count your pot odds, you are getting 28%. But this is the Turn, you'll need to consider River too.

But anyway if the range you gave him is right, you should be calling the Turn raise and probably most blank rivers. It's kind of close, not too sure how often he plays his twopairs like that. I think you can bet/fold your weaker twopairs and calldown with AJ or better.

      Thanks.

You are right i only need 28 (11,5/40,7) without rake.
But if i call i would already be allin so river doesn't matter any more.
