Pre flop 56s could be a little too loose for an open. However if sb is super tight folding to steals like 85% of the time or more I think it can be profitable.

On the flop I think you are right and do have value from over cards.

Turn probably still value plus your free showdown.

On the river it's weird how he made that bet. He seems to be representing a backdoor flush that completed or possibly the 4 that slow played to the river. However I think there is a possibility that he could randomly spew out with over cards that issued like QJ QT K9 etc and I think we have odds for a bluffcatch since his range is bluff heavy

Isnt this a very weird bluffing line?
      x.c flop, x.c turn, donk river ?
I mean, in my head this looks like an "obvious" value bet on the river, not wanting me to check back.

It's possible that he could have bet out not wanting you to check back. However I think it's also likely that he would want to check raise his hand if he had a good hand like trips. And if he had a hand that's betting for value he would be betting bigger on the river.

And I think it's possible he bets out his missed over cards and you have the odds to call for a bluffcatch.
