Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7:club: 5:club:

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BTN raises to 5 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 2 BB

      Flop: (11.5 BB, 2 players) 9:club: J:club: K:club:
Hero checks, BTN bets 20 BB, Hero raises to 53 BB, fold

Hero shows 7:club: 5:club: (Flush, King High)
      Hero wins 48.95 BB

      9 hands, 67 VpiP, unknown

Is it too loose to open 75s CO?

Is my raise ok, even when he overbets? it seems that he would probably bet big turn, so I could go all in, so I think it is better to call flop push turn.

Your opponent seems quite random and fishy. I would definitely raise flop to shove turn myself. There are no good cards that can come on the turn for you except blanks but you get called by pair + draws, stack off vs sets and he does not have many better flushes in his range compared to how many QT, JJ, KJ, AK, QQ, AA type hands he has. Value raise bigger I'd say and leave yourself with a turn shove. Calling the overbet looks super strong already, you cannot fake weakness in this spot, best play is to cooler him asap.
