      villain was unknown, the river is where i had such a hard time folding. I checked back the flop as i didn't think i'd be able to barrel three streets. I thought if he had a 9, he would have bet into the turn. So when he raised the river i got very confused. But then not knowing him made it harder to call.

      not sure if i posted this hand as he showed me he bluffed me of with A8

      Also if it is possible, i posted my stats in the beginners course and i was wondering if one of the coaches could take a look at some point!

      Preflop:looks fine

      Postflop: Checking this flop versus a potential fish on a coordinated board is a huge mistake. So what if we can't bet 3 streets? Why not bet flop/turn which are the streets that would get us the most value as draws don't pay the river unless they hit.

      So bet flop and turn and check back river. Easy game :s_biggrin:
