I planed fold against UTG or CO allin and hoped for someone's call.
I dislike multiway with this hand.
      Is it fine?

      Hi.

This is either a squeeze or fold. If you squeeze you should probably stack off. I'm not sure how light the CO is 3betting preflop because you didn't provide any information on that.

I think it's fine to fold AKo right away here. Assuming he's a 20/15 player he is not going to be 3betting vs UTG light. and vs a strong 3b range, AK is an underdog.

      Thanks.
