      Hero bets 18 BB, fold

      Hero wins 39.45 BB

      144 hands, 31/27, 3bet 20, from BU 30

He already 3bet me 2 times and sqeeze ones, I was 4bettign each time because his range is so wide, and he folded each time. This time, I was not sure if it is too much to 4bet 4 times in a row? I thought if it works, why not.
When he calls, I guess it is better to give up? I did cbet because we are deep, and I expect him to call 4bet for set value and give up.

      Hi mla,

Preflop: Given that we are deep we should expect villain to call a lot versus our 4-bet so I would be a bit more selective when it comes to what hands we 4-bet. Meaning that I would want hands with some playability.

If we were 100 BB deep this would be perfectly fine because we don't expect calls to our 4-bets.

As played your cbet is fine to try to get him to fold his overs and since this would be the first time you 4-bet you should get respect.
