I would expect him to shove his Ax FD's and smaller sets. His turn bet is also large. But I'm sure we can't fold here, and once we call we have well under the pot left behind. I thought shoving was ok given that he may bluff his good Ax with a flush card and talk him self into stacking off with just one card to come.

He can have flushes sometimes there but very often he will actually have a hand like ovepair + flushdraw imo. Most flushes will not lead imo. It doesn't make much sense to do so anyway since if you are bluffing flop he should let you bluff again and if you aren't bluffing flop, you will value bet yourself with your strong range.

Shoving in for value would be my line too, I don't expect CO to bet/fold too often (when he folds we win a sizeable pot anyway) and I expect to be over 50% against his stack off range.
