      Hi Jules,

      You are making a 30 BB 4-bet here with 100 BB stacks.

      I think we can actually make it smaller here and achieve the same thing (when we bluff we save money, when we do it for value we gain the same as a bigger bet).

      So I'd consider making it between $13-$14.

      I always look at the facts in front of us.

      1) Stack sizes of players involved
      2) Players involved
      3) Positions

      Based on the above we then decide on our 4-bet range in that particular spot. How many bluffs will we actually have? Do we expect to get called if we 4-bet small?

      In general you want to have 4-bet bluffs which means that you need to find a bet size that saves you the most money when bluffing while keeps your gain from a value 4-bet the same. That's generally around the 25-30 BB mark depending on the money in the pot and open/3-bet sizes.
