      Preflop: 4betting is an option but if you are not sufficiently aggressive in 4bet bluffing then you probably can't 4bet this for value. I do think that 10% 3b range is sufficient to 4bet though, and if you are 4bet bluffing enough of the time he will be forced to shove 99 and AQ, occasionally some worse pocket pairs as well.

      Postflop: I'm not too sure about your sample size for the individual stats but when his barreling frequencies are so high you must call down for sure.
