      Hi,

Villain looks kinda fishy so far. On the turn I decided to check/call but a bet could be better? I think he also could have a lot of floats.

On the river a lot of draws miss but his betsize is pretty strong. He could still have 6x too. Mehh tough spot.. In the end I decided to give him credit but I'm not sure

      Hey Farma,

I think that your turn ck/call is fine because, as you said, he can have lots of floats on that board.

Given his turn bet and then river bet I think he just polarized himself to 6x+ or nothing so I would be tempted to look him up.

I'd be more worried of a 1/2 pot bet there as those are usually valuebets more often.

I actually experienced that those 1/2pb's are bluffs a lot more of the time than 3/4th+ pb's :P

That's why I thought it was close. He's indeed polarized yes and I think you're right althought I've seen that these bigger bets are mostly for value

It really depends from fish to fish.

But a 1/2 pot bet followed by 3/4 pot bet is usually a tell of them trying to either keep us in and then get max value or trying to bluff cheap on the turn and then seeing a "scary" river and trying to now really bluff us.
