CO is LAGy over 80 hands, not sure aout Bet/Calling the Flop as oposed to Bet/Raiseing, because I only thought this after I called the Flop but what hapens if I Check and CO Checks behind the Turn, does that mean Bet/Raiseing the Flop is better?

      Preflop is fine.

On the flop, with flush I would bet/3bet here and play for stacks.
He could have sets/two pairs/worse flushes so I think going broke is better.
Also, we are OOP, so he might check back the turn and we are going to lose value.
