Can we always assume that this kind of opponent has enough draws and bluffs?

When can we start to want to fold here?

His call open is 23%, and his raise first and VPIP are both 18%.

      His F3Bet is 1/5.

I get myself trapped in this situation a lot when there's plenty of draws, and talk myself into stacking off. He had 66 here, so if he's bad enough to set mine oop, can we assume he also has all the draws?

Sorry I think you misread the hand. I squeezed, the villain was the caller in the middle. I didn't want to call and start a MW pot with an offsuit marginal Ax

      Hi Chang,

In that case I think 3betting for value from CO which is the caller is a good idea. Usually when they pull a check raise like that it's either for value which they will then bet the turn, or sometimes it's to shut down further action for example they have a hand like JQ where they will check the turn.

I think most of the time you will be behind here, the board is pretty dry so I think the worst hand you see here is something like JQ, I don't think he does it so often with a hand like 78 or 89 as its not within his range

I don't mind just folding here, will leave this open for other judges to comment.

      Hi,

I'm definitely not folding pre. I think both calling in position and squeezing can be OK, with a nitty setminer in CO I guess squeezing is fine.

As played I'm not folding. He reps only 66/55 for hands that beat us, and if he setmined with such terrible odds, then congratulations. I can definitely see him bluffing with the check/raise or stack off with worse Jx, so there's no way I'm folding.
