Turn raise seems better than flop raise.
How about turn call river raise?

I think raising on the flop or turn is better than raising on the river because on the river he cannot draw anymore while on flop and turn he might think he still have a chance to catch up.

i prefer turn raise over flop raise because he might check/call a hand on the turn which he would have otherwise bet/folded the flop for example JK for a gutshot.
