      Hi.

      I don't think you should be raising the Flop. While our hand is probably faring well vs most hands he is leading on the Flop, I think he will have 2 pairs pretty often and we are not crushing such hands. Raising Flop only makes sense if we think we can dominate part of his range but here he is usually leading 2pairs or straights or sets or flushes.

      I would call and keep on calling unimproved, while raising if improved. I would bet if checked to.
