      Who is BB? Most often I would not flat a regs open in SB, just 3bet or fold all hands.

      As played, I think river is a fold actually. Main thing is he cbet 3way and that makes me less inclined to think he has random air. If he doesn't have random air, his only draws that missed are flushdraws or he turns T9, J9 into a bluff which is quite unlikely imo. Furthermore, he can still value bet straights, sets, 2pair, KQ, AQ, KK+. Those come to be quite a few combos while his busted flushes won't be that many.

      A big problem that occurs when flatting SB here is related to a hand like this: you are close to the top of your range since you only get to the river with some 89s combos, if that, that are better than QT, otherwise you often 3bet pre the better Qx combos and c/r the better postflop combos. It comes to a situation where the top of your range becomes quite weak compared to your opponent's range which is not good at all.
