      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: Flop can be considered a thin value bet and we don't mind taking the pot down and having him fold his equity.

      Turn is a bet card to barrel so checking back is perfectly fine.

      On the river I agree with the fold.

      We could definitely cbet the flop and hope for certain cards to continue barreling on turn. On flop he rarely has anything after all, and if he is weak, he will give up.
