      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: I would cbet slightly higher on such a board versus a fish (given his stack size).

      The turn is rather bad so depending on the player we can cbet for this value (but it's super thin) or just check back.

      I'd be tempted to check back the turn and play the river vs unknown.

      As played I'd shove the river to make him think we are trying to get him to fold a split.
