      Your play looks ok to the river where you call to draw and bet for value when hit. You need to either win by drawing to a flush or with Q high.

      Why not consider raising the flop with your monster draw? Flush plus gutshot. Donks are usually weak and you can potentially fold out a better hand for example A3 A4 or hands like QJ KJ which are actually ahead of you. And by raising you seize the initiative to bet on the turn or check for a free card depending on whether you think he can fold on the turn and his hand strength and increase the pot size in case you hit.
