Villain is a fish playing with stats 32/9 in 36 hands.

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
      SB ($10.43)
      BB ($11.38)
      Hero ($10.15)
      CO ($7.38)
      BTN ($8.25)

      Dealt to Hero A:club: A:heart:

Hero raises to $0.30, fold, fold, fold, BB calls $0.20

      FLOP ($0.65) 3:heart: T:diamond: 6:club:

BB bets $0.65, Hero raises to $2.60,

Is raising or calling better here?

This quite much depends on the villain himself and what hands do you think he's donking.

Against unknown I would rather just call but I wouldn't say that raising is bad. If we go for the raise though, make it a little bit smaller - around $1.8-$1.9.
