I thought he would call worse hand than me so I 3b.
On flop, I thought he may bluff me out if I bet flop c turn so I choose c/c
On turn his check indicated weakness.
On river, I didn't think his hand suddenly improved so I called.

What do you think this play?

      Hey,

I like your line up until the river and then it's a question of what your opponent is capable of doing. You have to realise your hand is face up so you have to decide how much he bluffs. I think calling against quite a few players is good but there are also a good bunch against whom I'd fold. Any history with him? What does he know of your checking range as PFR in 3bet pot?

I don't have any history against him.

      Turn history was nothing.

Basically, I thought his check turn meant weakness.

Then river is a call imo.

That is because although you look like having a medium pair and he could value bet all kings, he will usually check the weak ones and this will most often be T9s+ or an airball. Airball is likely enough given that he bets way too many value hands on the turn.
