Why do we make such a big 3Bet pre-flop? Is it for value or is it as a bluff?

After the villain calls the turn, why are we betting the river?

      Hey gao20005,

In general it's an ok re-steal spot, but you can obviously call slightly wider vs a min-raise than a larger open. Vs this fishy guy I wouldn't turn small PP's into a bluff; just flat and hope to hit a set.

Turn + River bets are usually ok in this spot vs a flop check back. I wouldn't in this situation because villain is a fish and may not fold any pair. Also fish are more likely to check down random garbage that can never win and your 44 might be good. I'd just check/fold both turn + river.
