I decided to check/raise him with 2pair, but I would like to ask what do you think how much appropriate reraise should be? And how would it be calculated? Villain raise + pot = reraise?

I think it's better to just bet the flop here.
But you decide to c/r, so I'll try to answer your questions about that :)

      So the pot is $0.60 + $0.25 = $0.85.
Normally I reraise 3x Villain's bet, so that would be $0.75 here.
Which is quite ok IMO, since that is a little less than potsize.

Turn easy push of course, so nh.

I think he's holding a busted FD here, but it's NL25, so it can be anything basically :D

      Is a c/raise considered slowplaying?

I like your c/raise, and turn push. I'd of played it the same way.

I could be wrong, but I think that players try a lot to take the pot on the flop when being IP HU in freeplay, so I think check/raise should be quite profitable, at least at this limit.

...however, I am more interested in adjusting the reraise amount, because I need to know it also for other, better spots.

      Hi burek2000,

just bet every street its an unraised pot you cant be sure that he bets you don't want to give free cards and a check raise scares many hands that maybe pay you off.

      Best Regards
