He doesn't fold much to 3bets so I think calling with the intention of check raising flops where you have Equity is a good idea.

On this flop you have backdoor flush and 2 overs and I think the best move is to check raise this flop and bet on any Broadway or spades and also barrel river on Broadway as a bluff. His high cb and high fold cb to raise is an ideal candidate for a check raise on the flop.

I don't like check calling and then checking the turn again because the only way you can win is if he checks and you have the best hand. I think the 2nd best option after check raising the flop is to call flop and then bet out turns on Broadway and flush card and also the river to fold out small pairs and A high

i think donk betting is better since his turn betting range is stronger (he has 50% CB so its stronger).

think about what hands are you trying to fold with a check raise on turn? maybe 77 88? how big does the raise size need to be? probably about pot size.

how about a donk bet on turn? you are probably folding out hands worse than yours (with the aim of not allowing him to bluff you off your hand) so about 2/3 pot should suffice.

      regards
