      Same happened to me. I wrote to their support - will see. Hope will get the money back.

      Glad I saw this, might steer clear of the site entirely.

      Have been trying to deposit here for about a week, but apparently my drivers license is too old despite being valid. After telling them multiple times that my passport is even older than my drivers license all support does is take two days to respond "your ID scans are too old. please send passport scans."

      I saw on 2+2 that tables crashed and funds disappeared on other skins too like ladbrokes etc. So it's a network wide issue, not only specific site.

      No news yet, will take a while I guess given their support speed. This is pretty tilting and I don't feel like playing until I get my money back.

      ok lets wait until tomorrow morning and see if this gets resolved by then.

      If not, please leave a comment here with some more information i.e. amount missing, tournament ID, date/time

      or if its too personal, can also send me these details to my email address including your username.
