      Hey urmo1,

      I usually advise caution when 3betting vs UTG opener even if they min-raise. Possibly fine to 3bet, but not always.

      Flop - I guess the "standard" line is to re-raise immediately for value. It's fine.

      Personally at these stakes I like to flat the flop and look to get your money in on a blank turn with a larger equity edge. Usually when you get the money in on the flop villain will either have a lot of equity or have you crushed, unless he is bad. (AK is actually close to the bottom of the range you represent on a 10nl monotone board).
