Are overcards good for barreling here since he prolly would 3bet flop with 2p+ --> his mostly has pair + sd / 88-JJ ?

I like the check raise to fold out overcards on the flop.

On the turn i would be prepared to barrel the straight, or overcards JQKA and i think in order to fold out his hand (usually a pair like 78) we need to bet both turn and river.

On the turn Q im definitely betting and also any river, he usually folds by the river. I think the A river is an added incentive to bet. his range for bet/calling the flop usually are pairs hitting the flop and does not hit A river so well.
