      Flop was so dry and im hoping that he bluffs and let him bet on turn.

      Hello,

      Preflop raising is fine.

      On the flop I prefer bet/folding against unknown.
      He looks fishy but we don't know if he bluffs here at all, or raises worse made hands, so I think folding is best, rather than calling and not knowing what to do on the later streets.
