Preflop? Is it better to 3bet vs. min raise?

I think the flop and the turn are ok.

On the river? Do you shove for value? During play i didn`t expected 2x, but i guess he can have at least A2? Can i expect to get called by Ax hands?

Preflop: It's much closer with a min-raise. I think calling is acceptable. If he had made it 2.5bb or more I would prefer a 3bet.

River: We almost always have the best hand here. We rarely lose to AT, and this guy is a fish when he has 78bb only. I'm definitely raising here and question is how much. I think without info you can just raise to 16$ and call it off.
