      Hey Gonchan,

      Standard play at these stakes is to fold the hand preflop. Villain may have a high 3bet% but usually not vs UTG open, so make sure you break it down specifically by position.

      If you still find he's 3betting 8% or more vs UTG, then calling is fine. I'd usually float flop and check/fold turn. Often opponents at these stakes fire one barrel way too often in 3bet pots and only 2nd barrel with strong made hands.
