      I don`t know how to play this hand on this board. I don`t really want to check/call or ch/r. I don`t want to b/c, because i`m flipping against his draws, and i`m behind 99/TT. I don`t think he is raising Tx or JJ for value and i don`t know if he is bluff raising enough...

      Being BU vs SB I think this is often a stack off. He won't always flip with his draws because he can raise draws without overs. Furthermore, he can raise/fold way more hands like KJ of spades, Ax spades, KQ, etc.
