      Preflop raising is fine.

      How much villain folds against a cbet here? On this particular board I would rather check here. We are OOP and the only better hands we can make him fold are 33, 55-TT, and some players even call these on one street. Also, if we get called here, we have very small equity and we will have hard time continuing on almost every turn card.

      As played on the flop, turn looks good. We have an easy value bet here, but when he raises calling with the intention to hit the boat on the river is good.
