      In my opinion this tight guy has the Ace really often. I don't think calling is good here as he is rarely bluffing with this size.

      We are getting pot odds of 16.7%. I don't think he is ever bluffing with this size more than 10% of the time.

      Our other 2 options are to raise and to fold. I think if he is a weaker player I prefer just jamming my entire stack in, or just raising it up to 10$ to represent 8X or 55. That's a really narrow range though. Vs a better hand reader he should realize that we are turning our hand into a bluff very often vs such a weak river size so we should just fold because we can expect him to hero-call any AX here.
