      i would probably give up flop vs particular opponent, flop is all over villain's flat/flat range, plus we are giving up on a ton of turns. if i had As i would be more inclined to cbet

      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: We don't know much about villain and 38 hands is not enough to judge him by. However given that he cold called twice he is most likely on hands like AQ/AJ/AT/KQ and 99-JJ. Given that I think we should simply ck/fold this flop without even a blocker to the spade (or backdoor).
