      Hello,

      Preflop raising is fine.

      Usually this board is good to cbet, but that doesn't mean that we should cbet it with 100% frequency. What I mean is that we can just check back with our weakest hands, since if we get called we have very littly equity.
      In this spot, 98 is one of those hands, so without backdoor FD I prefer checking back.

      As played, turn is a good card to continue barreling so betting again is fine.

      River improves a lot of his range, so checking back looks reasonable.
