Postflop - everything good or Turn is raising spot?
Im underrepping my hand flop and turn but vs river reraise?
This is 100% fold? I dont believe he bluffs on that spot, Raising AK , have too wide range like TQ or KJ
Im minraising on river to keep AK/AA on pot.

I think you should definitely raise the Turn. The board is starting to bring many draws now. And his bet size is kind of small. We want to be able to get all the money in by the River and if you just flat here you probably won't be able to play for stacks (unless he 3bets the River himself).

Vs his 3b, I Think you are absolutely crushed. Don't expect him to ship KJ here unless he's bad. And you are just crushed by all higher sets and QTs.

      QTs (4 combos)
      66/JJ/KK (9 combos)
      KJ (9 combos)

If he always overplays KJ then you are committed here. If not this would be a fold. When we are getting like 17% pot odds, I'll just make a crying call here. Even if he only overplays 3 out of 9 combos of KJ, we get 18.75% equity which is more than enough.
