why not bet the turn yourself for value? is it because you thought he had a weak range on the turn and could bluff on the turn? and that you get more value by bluff catching than by betting yourself? if thats the case i think check call turn is fine.

I think we can also consider check/raising turn all in for value since im expecting him to call some draws or worse hands like AJ QK TK that would have otherwise not given action on the river.

on the river i think he could be betting some worse hands like QK or busted straight draws so we have the odds to call.

      I missed an important stat: 4bet: 0.
I think his pre Coldcall range is JJ+ AJ+ KQ
I think after flop Call his range is JJ+ AJ. If I Cbet the turn he holds from AJ just AsJs. I has 20% EQ against his turn calling range. Against his turn Float ranget JJ+ AJ I has 46%. Thats why I only ch/c.
River: this is the big question. Against value range I has 0% EQ. Can he bluff more than 18%? He never has Fold Equity, but he is a fishy player. I don't know.

Given that CO posted the blind, he is almost always a fish. Just keep firing Flop and Turn. River kind of sucks but I'll probably fire anyway. I won't be surprised to see AQ/AJ/KJ/KQ in his range and I think we have value vs his river calling range.
