      Hey Nipbourne,

      Preflop your hand is probably strong enough to raise to about $0.70 or so and pick up some of that dead money, often isolate yourself against 1 opponent HU.

      Flop donk-bet is probably the best option here, but not a great board obviously.

      I think checking turn is fine but I don't see any reason to check-call the turn against these type of opponents. I'd probably just check fold. K is not a great card, but you could think about betting again on the turn for thin value/protection, both of these guys look like fish from their stats.
