Full Tilt, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, Rush, 6 Players

      Hero (MP): $58.06 (232.2 bb)
      CO: $26.53 (106.1 bb)
      BTN: $13.23 (52.9 bb) unknown
      SB: $25 (100 bb)
      BB: $56.56 (226.2 bb)
      UTG: $22.93 (91.7 bb) 22/12/0%3b (152h)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q Q
UTG raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.70, CO folds, BTN calls $1.70, 2 folds, UTG calls $1.20

      Flop: ($5.45) 3 K 8 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $2.80, BTN raises to $5.60, 2 folds

      Preflop: raise for value
Flop: cbet for value from smaller pairs and to fold out Ax and random stuff that has equity against me. (K-high flop sucks but I don't think I can bluffcatch 3 streets multiway.)

I'm completely confused by villain's minraise! Flop is dry so surely Kx would just call in position (unless he is trying to level me into spazzing out, which I can't really assume from unknown). It's really weird, but his stack size is so small that the minraise pretty much commits him, which makes me think it's less likely to be a bluff.

I agree with your reasoning on the flop cb.

While he's short he raised into 2 persons of which one is utg and the other is the 3bettor.this is extremely strong and I think it's always top pair or better and we can fold.
