      Hey Cuvash,

      This should be an easy fold preflop. When you open from UTG and someone 3bets you, usually they are doing it with a very tight range.

      I agree that we should fold pre here.

      Villains range is likely 1010+, AQ+. Obviously we could call if we are facing a massive fish but still folding would be best.

      After the check check on the flop. I would put villain on 1010-QQ, AQ and possibly a slow played KK. I would asign these specific ranges to mostly tight/reg players.

      River fold is correct.
