Hero raises to $0.40, 4 folds, BB raises to $1

This villain 3bets vs UTG 4% of the time I have 10k hands on hiim. This kinda siezing of 3b usually means nuts but I shouldn't assume straight away that is The nuts. I didn't want to play 4b bluff because this is not what I've learned. If I call the only hand which I can stack off comfortably @ Axx. Maybe I am just way to nitty ?

      Hi.

I think flatting is reasonable when the pot odds are kind of good. 4bet is not a good play when villain is so tight here and he 3bets vs your UTG open.

I would not mind folding immediately, had villain made it 1.30 or more cos we are going to have reversed implied odds here really often and having to call something like 90c more is not great at all.

      Thanks.
