      BB: $20.30 (101.5 bb)
      MP: $8.17 (40.8 bb)
      CO: $20.82 (104.1 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $22.42 (112.1 bb)
      SB: $19 (95 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with T T
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, SB folds, BB raises to $1.60, Hero calls $1.20

      Flop: ($3.30) 6 9 6 (2 players)
BB bets $2.60, Hero calls $2.60

      Turn: ($8.50) J (2 players)
      BB bets $5.40, Hero folds

      $8.50 pot ($0.42 rake)
      Final Board: 6 9 6 J
BB mucked and won $8.08 ($3.88 net)
Hero mucked T T and lost (-$4.20 net)

I am new to calling 3bets and playing them postflop (I figured I should have a flatting range IP, so my fold to 3bet would not be so high - exploitable), so I am quite uncomfortable in many spots, such as this one.

      Villain seems a reg, 18/14 in 300h, 10 3bet from BB

I flat pre, since he has high 3bet from BB, I figure I am ahead and IP.

      Flop I flat standard.
OTT I don't really know what to do. He has 45% double barrel.
I feel it would be kinda spewy to pay him off here and eventually a river shove, although he can certainly be bluffing.

Ideas? Is paying him off here and river too spewy?

I think this is a very easy call on the Turn. There are 2 flush draws out there and we probably have a lot of equity on the Turn vs a turn betting range (40%+ IMO).

I would consider calling on some blank rivers (non heart and clubs). What's his River cbet %? If it's under 40% I think we can just fold most of the time. His preflop range isn't all that wide but if he plays his relatively tighter preflop range very aggressively postflop we may have to hero-call down.

On clubs I think we can fold, on hearts we can probably fold. A/K are obvious bluff cards, we may want to consider bluff catching on those.
