Ladbrokes Poker has confirmed that they plan to move to the iPoker network from the Microgaming Poker Network, according to a press release sent out this week.

While no timescale has been set for the move, the press release stated that "in due course Ladbrokes will ... migrate to Playtech’s download casino and poker products."

Ladbrokes CEO Richard Glynn said that Ladbrokes "has made significant progress over the past two years by investing in our core technology, revitalising our brand and making our customer offer more competitive."

"The next phase of this reinvigoration will see us work closely with Playtech to increase customer lifetime values."

PokerStrategy.com is currently in contact with Ladbrokes Poker and will bring you additional information as soon as it is available.

      Hey BigOVERBET,

Obviously, it is just early days at the minute and as the OP says PokerStrategy has reached out to Ladbrokes to get any additional information.

Unfortunately the answers are not there right now but I am sure the puzzle will piece together going forward and we can all plan accordingly.

      Thank you for your patience.

Apparently it's still on, but to my knowledge there is still no timeframe for implementation.

I hope they will keep their software, cuz I am not a huge fan of the iPoker software.

Having not played on Ladbrokes, I'm not sure. But I would assume they use Microgaming's software so if they moved to iPoker they would have to use PlayTech's software to be compatible with the rest of the network.

Correct - at least this would make the most sense IMO.

      Thanks Lazza :s_thumbsup:

Yup, they now use the Microgaming Software and if (or rather as soon as) they move to iPoker they will use the iPoker software from Playtech.

The move will probably not happen this year from what I have read a few weeks ago:

      Digital slump hits Ladbrokes figures

'We aim to finalise the integration early in 2014, thereby enabling significant growth in earnings.'

      Hey pokernewbie28,

It's hard to know as Ladbrokes wasn't a singular website either (part of Microgaming) so I guess it's not easy to make an estimation.

      Regards,
      Gary.

If someone will have information about pool- report please.
I wrote to the support and they ignored my letter. I don't want to be the pessimist, but it's looks like we're going to the second pool -(

i have read titan has a couple percentage of ladbrokes and i have some rb at ladbrokes and did okay at titan before my country got kicked out. will be worth testing without a possible bonus or after it has expired, as one figures to run bad otherwise.

bulgaria isnt likely allowed, but its only a possibility one will be moving there. the ipoker software i like, the prima is more difficult as notes and hh and its rather smallish and the card selection poor.

unibet moves out to be alone. 24hpoker is one possibility, besafe another, betsson, and rb is possible, though one probably needs to rake like 100 to get any.

some ipoker skins lag and disconnect more than other skins, eg. expekt was stuck all the time while betfred was perfect at the same time.
