      just x/c T and x/f even 4$ bet on the River? He cold call twice => medium pockets TT-JJ sometimes 99 and QQ or AK. I Don't beat any of this.

      You can cbet flop small to potentially set up 3barrels.
      Check call flop is bad imo because he might not bet vs missed cbet enough stuff you beat.

      Raising allin is interesting because some players may see this as a strong trap line with Overpair etc. Buuttt, you don't really rep anything unless you are perceived as trappy so vs most players, I don't think anything folds that you don't already beat. Especially as when players bet small they expect you to bluff more and therefore call more. Like an inducing bet. AND players are almost incapable of semi-hero folding anything at this level especially potential fishy players.

      Check call turn will be ok for implied odds if you get a bet off him somehow on river, either by donking or by check calling etc. But I think you won't, so imo, even though its a tiny bet, I think its a fold.
