      I don't think 3betting A7o in this spot will show a profit against a regular on NL50. In general, a regular will not fold that often and will play well when he doesn'f told. Your hand has poor playability OOP and it's not good enough to 3bet/5bet since it's offsuit.

      As played, you generally have to call. It's not a definite rule and I'm not thrilled about it. Is your opponent good enough to vbet AT with this sizing? If not, he probably is quite polarised and quite possible he bluffs often enough for you to call when you check flop and look so weak.
